They printed my name wrong on my gift, and refused to fix it. Told me to purchase a new one, or pay a ton of money to have them fix it, but heres the kicker, the material is SO THIN it cant be done anyways. I hate my gift, and it ruined our wedding anniversary for the 25th! I mean seriously, get the BIG ONES right?:! Please dont deal with this HORRIBLE company.

Awful customer service and despite the price of the product poor craftsmanship. The gold inside the locket appears to be tarnished and the plate was not flesh on the locket. I sent it in for repair in March. Repair came back and the gold was still tarnished and the plate was slightly better. The photo fell out a few days ago and at this point I have requested a refund, but they refuse due to it being past 30 days even though I had already sent it in for repair. This necklace was $400 and does not hold up.

I paid 29.95 to have ups delv on a Saturday, they went against what I paid for and choose to use fed ex. They then messed up on my postal code so I couldnt receive my necklace on Saturday for my girlfriends birthday. They called me and wanted me to pay for the address correction. When I know if it went through ups, I wouldn't have to pay for the correction. So I would not use this business again. I am outraged and upset. My girlfriend is very upset bc the necklace had a picture of our daughter and her grandfather that had passed away. I don't understand why a company would go against what I paid for and expect me to pay for the mess-up. You should refund me the Del money and pay to have the address fixed.

I too wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from them. My preview picture looked amazing.

The end product I received is crap! It doesn’t have the pic the way I wanted it, cheap quality of jewelry, they switched the font I wanted for each one, and forgot to add the heart on the back. I’m still awaiting a response from customer service.

That’s my experience with them. Terrible!

Update. I made contact with the company and explained what was wrong.

They did redo the lockets and I’m satisfied with them. I give them credit for fixing it and sending new ones soon after.

So look i guess i should of found this website before blowing 150$ lmao but me and my partners 1 year is coming up and i wanted to do something special so i thought hey this would be cute put a picture of us and my stepkid the basic font actually looks cute my issue is this they dont put the actual size in the bio for a reason because its smaller then your thumbnail it really feels like this should of been actually bigger and my picture is blurry thanks alot these people know what their doing with *** with people just go get jewlrey in a jewlrey store and save the annoyance of dealing with a fraud order

Paid for an item never received

I paid for an item which I never received. Apparently they say my item was delivered to a community set of boxes. When I suggested that perhaps it was put in the wrong box, they said I need to check with my 100 plus neighbors to see if someone got it. Stating that was an impossible task, they refused to refund my money. I needed to rush and find a personalized gift for my granddaughters 18th birthday which was not an easy task. Several weeks later, after I purchased and gave a different gift, they offered to send me a replacement. I told them it was past that point and I had no further use for it. They continued to refuse a refund without returning the product even though I never received the product. They state 100% guaranteed. Thats a farce. I spoke to Erica. Who was unhelpful, insensitive and rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I understand it may have actually been sent like they said, however if it was delivered to the wrong person, that doesnt seem to be my error - it most definitely is their responsibility. Bad customer service to say the least!

I received someone else's order. They have already charged me for the locket I ordered. They are telling me to re-order my locket (and get re-charged for it) so I will get it by Christmas and then return the original locket when I do receive it AND GET CHARGED A RE-STOCKING FEE!!! I ordered end of November and received the wrong locket 12/6...this is RIDICULOUS!

Not pissed at all. In fact I give 5 starts to Heartsmith. I ordered a laser-engraved silver locket and necklace for my granddaughter's first birthday. The locket and necklace were just what I wanted and came on time, but the little box that held the gift was damaged in the mail. I phoned the company and explained the problem, and they said they would take care of it. My granddaughter's birthday was three days later, and when I told my daughter that an undamaged box was coming in the mail, she replied that she'd already received it in time for the party, so when the gift was opened it was already in the new undamaged box. I was so pleased with their promptness and attention to this that I thought I'd write a complimentary review for them. This is it.

The pics are left, the one I got right the one I ordered. Nothing alike except they are both round.

I ordered a locket for my daughter. It was 81$. I ordered it in October. I was in the hospital so I didn’t get messages from them that the locket I ordered was discontinued. So I get a locket December 3 rd and it is not what I ordered. It looks cheap and is ugly. They just picked a different locket and sent it to me. I emailed them. Got no response. I called a week after. She tells me they cannot refund me because it’s a 30 day refund policy.. but it is dec 11 and I got it on dec 3..??? So she checks to make sure I’m not lying and gets back and says I can send it back for a refund. So now it’s dec 11 and I have no locket to give my daughter for Christmas because they sent me the wrong locket five weeks late than I ordered it and because I think it is ugly- I guess it’s my fault they had it up when it was discontinued and cannot get back to anyone in a timely fashion .. what horrible customer service. And to top it all off she was RUDE as well. Don’t order from them you never know what you will get and if it is wrong god help you because it’s pulling teeth for a timely response . They should have given me a refund when they didn’t have the product I ordered

This company is terrible, do not use! I still haven’t received my items and it’s 2 weeks late! The website is set up so you think your getting free postage - then it is held at a depot because postage isn’t paid! Do not use!
